Aramco World, Cape Cod Compass, and Digital Video are just a few of the many magazines for which Stephen wrote and photographed. Stephen has researched, written, and photographed articles on such diverse topics as Thoreau’s Cape Cod and ancient customs in mountain villages of Oman, Saudi Arabia.
Course Developer / Writer
Stephen writes video scripts,marketing brochures, e-learning courses, and storyboards. He has written for clients such as Pfizer, Boston Scientific, Massachusettes Health Connector, New England Organ Bank, HP, and Shire.
Technical Writer
Stephen was a technical writer to the Massachusetts Health Connnector of software user guides, to assist end users and customer service personnel in navigating the web site work flow. Consulted with SMEs to create template design, chapter content, accessibility, graphic design, and update client comments. This manual is used by all the Mass Health Connector customers.
Standard Operating Procedure: Writer / Editor
Stephen wrote and edited over 40 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on Shire's One Path Services for FIRAZYR®. Shire’s Subject Matter Experts who were consulted for their input and review of SOPs. Also, wrote and edited over 100 Standard Operating Procedures for Pfizer that detailed the instructions on operation for all equipment and procedures carried out in the animal vivarium. Administrated archiving of SOPs in SharePoint.
